A warm welcome to Kai and company, a life led by paws, purpose, and the great outdoors.

I’m the human behind the scenes, but the real stars of the show are my five dogs. Kai – my wise old mali and the reason this journey started. Penny – a snow white sweetheart, always ready for zoomies, Louis – our cheeky cocker spaniel with a nose for mischief and cuddles, Nala – a German shepherd with a big heart and an even bigger personality, and Riot – who joined the family through trust and a shared history.

We’re more than a pack, we’re a team. We hike, camp, train, explore and grow. This blog is my way of sharing what it’s like to live a life shaped by nature, grounded in leadership and enriched by the chaos and joy that comes with five wagging tails.

I’m not a certified trainer. I’m a hands-on, boots-in-the-mud kind of dog person. I believe in balanced training, in giving dogs both freedom and structure. I lead with consistency, connection, and a whole lot of love.
